Cville Tool Library and Community Climate Collaborative presented a free workshop at Cville Tools Library on home energy efficiency basics. The workshop explained the advantages of switching to solar and energy-efficient appliances as well as how to generally reduce energy usage. Watch here.

C3 and PHA help Teens Tackle Community Issues

The teens have spent their time this summer making Charlottesville a more equitable community through the Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) Youth Ambassador Program. Youth in the Friendship Court Community Became ‘JEDI’ Youth Ambassadors

GBA Reduces Emissions by 28% in its First Year

Albemarle Fourth-graders Take Home Climate Action Activity Kits

In this news report, Franklin Spain covers how The Community Climate Collaborative and the Virginia Discovery Museum teamed up with Albemarle County Public Schools science teachers to put together Climate Action Activity Kits for students in the area. These kits were brought to over 800 4th graders in 12 Albemarle County Public Schools. They will help students learn more about natural resources and be the next generation of climate action leaders.
