About Madison Energy Infrastructure
Madison Energy Infrastructure is a premier clean energy ecosystem committed to delivering lasting operational value with certainty, speed, and trust. The transition to clean energy isn’t easy, but Madison makes it simple — and profitable. We help organizations and companies of every size find their own path toward a cleaner, more resilient future. We specialize in solar across the Mid-Atlantic, but particularly in Virginia where we have worked with several school districts, including recent deals with Albemarle County and Charlottesville City Public Schools.
What We’ve Done
We have developed over a GW of clean energy across the country, while helping local schools districts and municipalities save millions on their electric bills.
We also recently redesigned our office with energy efficient appliances and lighting and began a composting program.
We are active in CvilleREA and have been involved in lobbying efforts to make renewable energy more accessible in Virginia.
What We’re Working on
We want to continue to make our work and our projects more meaningful to the local community. This includes increasing community service projects like river cleanup to multiple times per year, increasing adoption of native pollinator plants in our ground mount projects, and increasing our political advocacy work through Cville REA in support of shared solar.
