To ensure your inclusion in print materials, sponsorship commitments must be received by Wednesday, September 1.

Through the years, this celebration has drawn over 700 community members, honored 12 climate justice leaders, and showcased C3 partners who are building a more just and sustainable Charlottesville/Albemarle community. This year, we anticipate an even greater turnout and are excited to grow the positive momentum created since our first Party for the Planet.

As we gear up for this year's Party for the Planet, we are seeking collaboration with like-minded business leaders to make it an even greater success! By becoming an event sponsor, you will receive prominent acknowledgment in all event-related materials, both in the lead-up to and during the event. Your financial support will empower C3 to accelerate community-backed climate solutions for years to come.

Corporate Sponsorship Levels

Please note that the sponsorship benefits outlined below are based on our current plans for Party for the Planet. As the event date approaches, we may have additional opportunities available for our sponsors.

Become a Gold Sponsor by donating at the $5,000 level or above. You will receive:
- Award presenter
- Large logo on print materials
- Sponsor table (with flyers and promotional materials for your organization)* at the event
- Prominent logo placement on the event landing page, print advertisements, e-newsletters, social media, promotional materials, and sponsorship banner
- Highlight in social media outreach, press release, and radio advertisement

Become a Silver Sponsor by donating between $2,500-$4,999. You will receive:
- Medium logo on print materials
- Sponsor table (with flyers and promotional materials for your organization)* at the event
- Logo placement on the event landing page, print advertisements, e-newsletters, social media, promotional materials, and sponsorship banner
- Highlight in social media outreach, press release, and radio advertisement
- Recognition at the event
Become a Bronze Sponsor by donating between $1,000-$2,499. You will receive:
- Small logo on print materials
- Logo placement on the event landing page, print advertisements, e-newsletters, social media, promotional materials, and sponsorship banner
- Highlight in social media outreach, press release, and radio advertisement
